Former half marathon world record holder Kibiwott Kandie has been provisionally suspended by the Athletics Federation of India for refusing or failing to provide a sample for testing. Kibiwott Kandie set a world record in the Valencia Half Marathon in 2020 when he won the event. He will also win the same race in Valencia
