Angelica Moser added another national pole vault title at Swiss Championships in Zurich

European pole vault champion Angelica Moser, thrilled the home crowd by clearing her highest mark ever at Letzigrund, adding another national title to her collection. The Swiss athlete cleared 4.70m at the Swiss Championships 2026 to triumph with her 8th consecutive national outdoor title. She is unbeaten at national level since 2019 and already has nine national outdoor and ten national indoor titles.

The silver in the event was for Alexandra Stucki with 4.10m and the bronze went to Romy Burkhard with 4.00m.

In men’s pole vault event was quite more disputed with top three competitors cleared the same heights of 5.35m. Justin Fournier succeeded to clear the height from his first attempt and then made two fouls at 5.45m and one foul at 5.50m. Thus, he won his first national title and proved to be one of the most talented Swiss athletes.

Adrian Kubler cleared also 5.35m from his second attempt and then made three fouls at 5.45m, thus, earning the silver.

The defending champion Valentin Imsand cleared 5.35m from his third attempt and then made three fouls at 5.45m, remaining third.
