Marina Zanoni won the women’s long jump gold at the Swiss Athletics Championships 2026

Marina Zanoni won the women’s long jump gold at the Swiss Athletics Championships in Zurich. The reigning champion jumped a personal best of 6.34m (-0.8 m/s) for the victory and her second national title.

Liana Trumpi won the silver with 6.29m (-1.9 m/s), while the bronze was for Lucia Acklin with 6.18m (+0.3 m/s).

In women’s triple jump, Nessa Burkhardt won her first national title, jumping 13.12 (+0.7 m/s), which was only two centimeters over the defending champion and 2026 indoor champion Hanna Ferber with 13.10m (+1.7 m/s).

Alina Tobler remained far behind the leader with 12.66m (-0.7 m/s).

Cyrill Kernbach dominated the men’s long jump event to win his first national title. The young athlete jumper 7.61m (-1.9 m/s), which although was not his best performance was enough for the gold. The silver was for Nico Graf with 7.43m (-0.7 m/s) and the bronze went to Nino Portmann with 7.35m (-0.1 m/s).

The reigning national indoor champion Sandro Graf won the men’s triple jump gold at the Swiss Athletics Championships 2026, jumping 15.61m (-0.6 m/s). His result was over a meter higher than the second in the standings, Roman Sieber, who jumped 14.53m (+1.7 m/s). The bronze went to Louis Mallet, who jumped 14.30m (+1.3 m/s).
